Returns Policy

Overview

Refunds are available within 15 days of your purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, you are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To arrange a return, please send a mail to sales@MySports.lk.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will contact you for your preferred method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@MySports.lk.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 15 days of your purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, you are not eligible for an exchange.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can only exchange items for a similar or higher priced items. In case of higher priced items, you will have to pay the difference.

Once your original item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your original item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will contact you for further steps.
